At CPH HOMEWORK – archtect and designer Marietta Kolind works with interior design, and architecture for private clients.

Projects are prepared after the first meeting and review of the customer’s wishes. The offer is normally divided into three phases: sketching phase, drawing, official processing and construction phase with possible construction meetings/supervision.
Practical info
Introductory package; 2 hours of advice + sketch: Price: DKK 1.950 / € 260 incl. VAT.
Hourly rate: Price: DKK 835 / € 111 excl. VAT.
Generally the architect’s fee is 8-10% of the construction cost.
The studio was established in 2005 in Hareskovby by architect and designer Marietta Kolind. She is educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and the Danish Design School. She established her practice in the city under the name HareskovByTegnestuen where she worked for 20 years, while renovating her own house, designed by Jørn Utzon in 1955.
Today the practice operates under the name CPH HOMEWORK and is based in Nordsjælland where Marietta Kolind was born.
When working as an architect, her work is characterised by clarity and simplicity, creating aesthetic quality through form, colour, and materiality, with a strong focus on the sensory qualities of surfaces, balancing contemporary expression with lasting quality.
